Completely dropped the ball on this new app. Extremely slow, doesn't show transactions until days later and no more instant balances! All that after waiting three weeks to get the app up and running, leaving us to guess what was going on in our own accounts. I expected so much more from you, VyStar, so disappointed!

If I could give a zero-star rating, I would! This company was used by the car dealership where we bought our VW. We have had the automatic payment set up the entire time and our own car insurance for two years. Our car was recently repossessed without any warning, and after we called, we were told it was because they were taking insurance coverage payment from our monthly auto payment without our knowledge! They tell us we now owe back payment for insurance and insufficient monthly car payments. Also, they say that in order to get our car back, we will have to pay the entire amount of the remaining loan or it goes to auction in one week. They made No email or phone call attempts whatsoever to try and clear this up like humans. So disgusted!

I wanted to thank Maria from the VyStar branch at NAS Jax for the information she provided on the Equity Line of Credit. She made it a point to go out of her way, beyond her duties as a teller, to ensure I understood the differences between HELOC and a second mortgage and arranged an appointment with a specialist for me to see and talk to at a later time. Maria is another example of the outstanding service VyStar Credit Union provides to all their members. Again, thank you.

This bank gets worse every year. They returned my tax refund scheduled for deposit into my savings because the IRS included a code indicating it was from the checking account. My savings account number and routing number were correct on the check, but they refused to receive the payment even though they knew it was my account they don’t now the big mistake rhey do with my incoming bill payment as a single mother of 3 kids because now is take about 90 to 120 to get my refound back ill be with this bank over 7 year but i was thinking to close all acc with them because they don’t care about there costumers

I was a long-time customer of Vystar until their technical meltdown in 2022, when I moved all my accounts to a local community bank. Since then, I purchased a car from a dealership that ended up using Vystar to finance. I was fine with the process and their terms; however, I should have known they would find a way to mess it up. After closing the loan, I submitted my insurance to VyStar. I thought everything was fine until my payment amount was increased by $200 to cover their placed insurance. When I called to discuss, they said my insurance had been rejected because my deductible was too high. I never received anything stating this. They will also not waive this policy for anyone, and that is why I will never finance anything else with this company. It would have been nice to know they have this policy prior to closing. I have never run into this before. Fairwinds CU accepted my coverage with no problem. I think I will just refinance with them instead of dealing with this incompetence.

CAN'T PRINT DEBIT CARDS LIKE EVERYONE ELSE!!!
This is horrible! I am running into problems because I have bills that need to be paid with a card. They said it was too expensive, but who wants to wait weeks, including weekends, to get a debit card in the mail? I HOPE THEY RETHINK THIS!!!

It's 2024. Why does Vystar take five days to credit Automated Clearing House (ACH) transfers? (Keyword: AUTOMATED.) And that's just Vystar's "estimate" when you initiate an external account transfer. Here it is, Day #5, and my transfer still isn't deposited in my account. Vystar tells me, "Five days is just an estimate. I'm sure the funds will be deposited in the next couple of days," which seems a bit casual and nonchalant. Maybe they would have more urgency if it was their money out in cyberspace and they had bills to pay. Next time, I'll just maximize the ATM cash withdrawal limit of my other bank's ATM card four or five times and get the cash that way.

I visited the Northside Branch of Vystar to open a CD. I was helped by Shequille Jackson and Jaycee Robinson. Both displayed professionalism and good customer service, which are two things I look for whenever I am doing business with anyone. They answered all my questions and were knowledgeable about the product I wanted. Thank you Vystar for hiring two such wonderful employees. - Brenda Jackson

From poor customer service to a broken online banking system, they are the worst. VyStar won't stop having issues with their web servers, and most of their representatives are clueless about how their own system functions.

Disgusted. I have always been able to walk into a bank and cash a check from their own customer written off the owners account.
Never have I had a charge to cash a check from the very institution it is written from. This is outrageous and should be illegal. If I deposit the check at my own bank, it is processed without a fee. But if I walk into the bank the check is from, I have to pay ??? How is this even allowed? Not to mention terrible service. Vystar has gone through its fair share of struggles, you would think they would do all they could to keep the public opinion positive. The Palm Coast branch did exactly the opposite, shame on them.

I went in VyStar credit union in Daytona Beach on International with the intentions of just cashing a check, I ended up opening an account which I have been wanting to do for the past four years, miss Carly Beam was by far one of the nicest helpful banker, I have ever done business with she covered everything from investments savings for my kids for their college even rewards on credit cards? she help me with information pertaining to an investment property that I look forward to purchasing and reselling she even gave me the information for the equity line of credit, CDs I mean, honestly, I was very impressed I feel confident with vyStar credit union that all my needs will be taken care of pertaining to Banking so five stars for Miss Carly
