The Nashville Blue Racers swim team kicked off their season with two meets this past week as they hosted Pinckneyville on June 11 before traveling to Sparta on June 13. Nashville has three of their next four meets on the road. Nashville was at Millstadt on June 17. The Blue Racers hosted Carlyle on June 18. Nashville travels to Red Bud on June 20 and Carlyle on June 25 before returning home against Sparta on June 27 to close out the month.
The Blue Racers season started on June 11 as they faced off against Pinckneyville at home. Nashville defeated Pinckneyville 430-182. The Blue Racers had an amazing 54 first place finishes at the meet.

Hazel Konkel broke the team record in the Individual Medley with a time of 1:03.35 and the Free with a time of 55.10.
The Blue Racers were back in action against Sparta on June 13. Nashville again came away with a win as they defeated Sparta 405-224.
