Amazon Prime Day 2024 is almost here. The retailer still hasn't confirmed a date just yet but it has already confirmed in a press release that the mega-sale will take place in July yet again. So, with that month drawing ever closer, it won't be long until we get a date announcement. Until then, we're here to share all of our predictions and expectations – as well as all the latest news, rumors, and our predicted start date.

Following a couple of big sales events we've already got a good idea of what to expect from this year's Prime Day days, including the products that will be on sale and what prices we should see.
Expect lots of discounted Amazon devices, TVs, laptops, tablets, appliances and more - the majority of which should be on sale for record-low prices in July. Some, such as the Echo Dot, Fire TVs and Kindle, should be even cheaper than what we've already seen in retailer's members-only event - so be sure you're signed up to Amazon Prime if you want to score the best bargains.

Amazon Prime Day 2024: all you need to know
When is Amazon Prime Day 2024?
Amazon hasn't announced the date for Amazon Prime Day 2024 yet, but it has confirmed the sale will take place in July as usual. Our best prediction based on the dates of previous sales is that the two-day sale will run over either July 9 - 10 or July 16 - 17. It's usually towards the start of the month.
We'll listen out for more news and announcements over the coming months and be back to update this page as soon as we get any new information.
How do I become an Amazon Prime member?
You need to be an Amazon Prime member to access all Prime Day deals. A subscription costs $14.99 per month or $139 for a year.
If you haven't signed up before then new subscribers can get a 30-day Amazon Prime free trial to buy the member-exclusive deals. The free trial also lets you try out all the other membership benefits, including free shipping, access to Prime Video and much more.

What are the best Amazon Prime Day deals?
The majority of the best Prime Day deals are on Amazon products The retailer always discounts these products to their lowest prices during Prime Day – even cheaper than we see on Black Friday – which makes it a great time to buy a Fire TV, Kindle, Echo Dot, Fire Tablet and so on.
There are also hundreds of deals in all of the retailer's most popular categories, too, such as TVs, laptops, appliances, smart home tech, gaming, fashion and more. Depending on the product, you can often pay the lowest price that year during Prime Day, though some of the biggest savings are held back for Black Friday in November.

Will there be a Prime Day in October 2024?
Amazon has also run a Prime Day in October in the last two years, so will it run another in 2024? While nothing has been announced, we are confident there will be a second Amazon Prime Day in October. It's been relatively successful as it's an ideal preview for the retailer's Black Friday deals in November, so it's very likely that Amazon will hold it again in 2024.

Amazon Fire TV 40-inch 2-Series HD TV: was $199.99 now $179.99 at Amazon
If you're looking to grab a cheap TV for a smaller room, you can get this 40-inch Amazon Fire TV on sale for $179.99 - the lowest price we've ever seen. While the Amazon 2-Series TV lacks the top-end 4K resolution, you still get smart capabilities with the Fire TV experience so you can access all the major streaming apps in high definition. Plus, Amazon Alexa is on board for convenient hands-free controls.
Apple AirPods (2nd Gen): was $159 now $89 at Amazon
The AirPods 2 are Apple's cheapest earbuds, and Amazon has the 2nd-generation AirPods on sale for just $89. That's just $10 more than the record-low and fantastic value for a pair of Apple's premium earbuds. This deal is highly recommended if you want new AirPods and don't need noise-cancelling technology.
Google Pixel 8 Pro with Pixel Watch 2: was $1,348 now $999 at Amazon
Order your Google Pixel 8 Pro at Amazon this week to score yourself a free Pixel Watch 2 on the house. While you'll be waiting a while to get your devices (the earliest estimate is November 4th), you're saving a massive $350 with this particular bundle. Combining AI smarts and a gorgeous 120Hz display, the Pixel 8 Pro is shaping up to be a fantastic Android flagship – and one that will pair nicely with the Pixel Watch 2.
Apple iPad 10.2 (2021): was $329.99 now $249 at Amazon
The 2021 iPad may be slightly older tech, but the 10.2-inch Retina display and A13 Bionic chip ensure excellent picture quality and superior performance to this day. The entry-level tablet can do it all without issue, according to our Apple iPad 10.2 review, whether that's browsing the net, streaming media, light work, or playing games. Today's deal from Amazon brings the tablet down to $249, which is the best price ever.
Apple AirPods Pro 2: was $249 now $199 at Amazon
The best-selling AirPods Pro 2 were sitting at $189 for Prime Big Deal Days, but Amazon still has the USB-C-equipped version down to a reasonable $199. Rated as one of the best earbuds you can buy, the AirPods Pro 2 feature active noise cancellation to block out unwanted noise, improved audio quality, and a wireless charging case that provides more than 24 hours of battery life.
Shark IZ362H Cordless Stick Vacuum: was $349.99 now $199.99 at Amazon
This feature-rich Shark vacuum comes with the manufacturer's much-touted anti-hair wrap technology to reduce your time clearing the brush roll in busy homes. This is the cheapest it's been in almost three years, so it's a great buy for a cordless vacuum with anti-allergen capabilities, an impressive 40-minute run-time and a series of multi-tools for use around the home.
Fire TV Stick 4K: was $49.99 now $22.99 at Amazon
Stream your content in 4K resolution with the Fire TV Stick 4K, which is marked down to $22.99 - the lowest price we've ever seen. The best-selling Fire Stick allows you to stream your favorite content in 4K Ultra HD resolution with support for Dolby Vision, HDR, HDR10+, and Amazon Alexa for hands-free control. There is a slightly upgraded newer version available but it costs twice as much and effectively does exactly the same job so we suggest snagging this for all your streaming needs.
Ninja DZ201 Foodi 8-qt 6-in-1 air fryer: was $199.99 now $179.95 at Amazon
Though we haven't technically tested this version of Ninja's two-basket air fryer, we have given the older Ninja Foodi Max a lofty 4-star review for its versatility and ability to multitask. The Ninja DZ201 boasts the same capabilities and enjoys a top 5 out of 5 rating on Amazon, and its 8-quart model is discounted right now during the Prime Big Deal Days sale. It has been $30 cheaper in the past, but this is still a solid price for the popular air fryer brand.
Amazon Fire TV Omni QLED 65-inch 4K TV: was $599.99 now $589.99 at Amazon
Amazon's Fire TV Omni QLED Series is a big step up in the otherwise cheap range of smart TVs. This set boasts premium features, including a QLED display, full-array local dimming, Dolby Vision IQ, and HDR10+ Adaptive support to deliver a high-quality picture for all-around viewing and gaming. A good overall buy for the budget-conscious who don't want to compromise on performance, especially now that the 65-inch model is down to a record-low price of $589.99.
Shark IQ Robot Vacuum: was $399.99 now $199.99 at Amazon
Amazon has the top-rated Shark IQ robot vacuum on sale for $199.99. That's a massive 45% discount and the lowest price we've ever seen. You're getting powerful suction and a self-cleaning brush roll, and you can control the vacuum with the compatible Shark app or through voice control, thanks to the inclusion of Amazon Alexa.
Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 5 (2-in-1): was $559.99 now $529.99 at Amazon
This ultraportable 2-in-1 laptop from Lenovo comes with some hefty specs like an AMD Ryzen 5 processor and 16GB RAM, which will make light work out of multitasking. The discount might not be the biggest, but the price is still fantastic, making this an excellent pick for students looking to upgrade or those after a flexible device for around the home.
Beats Studio Buds: was $149.99 now $89.99 at Amazon
This is the lowest price ever for these Beats buds, which have been available for $99 a few times before, but not below. You get AirPods-like features when used with Apple gear, but also loads of features for Android, too. They sound good, and the noise-cancellation is solid for the price, as we said in our Beats Studio Buds review.
Bose 700 Noise Cancelling Headphones:was $379 now $279 at Amazon
The Bose 700 are five years old but are still the best active noise-cancelling headphones you can buy for noise nixing alone. Is this the best-ever price? No: but it's damn close as they only hit $269 once in December of 2022. But, honestly, the Bose 700 are becoming harder to get hold of, and deals are rare as pirate sea glass anyway, so this is a deal to snap up now.
Nextbase 422GW was $249.99 now $149.99 at Amazon
This mid-range model from one of the leading names in dash cams is equipped with a 1440p main camera boasting 'Pro' night vision mode, a 1080p rear camera, intelligent parking mode and built-in Alexa voice commands. And with $100 off the list price, the 422GW is now excellent value.
Sony a7 II with 28-70mm lens: was $1,682.09 now $998 at Amazon
A full-frame Sony mirrorless camera with kit lens new for less than $1,000 (or for $845 body only)? That's an absolute steal for what is still an excellent 24MP stills shooter, which introduced the world's first 5-axis in-body stablization in a full-frame camera, even if its video spec is looking a little dated now.
