Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday within 24 - 48 business hours of your order confirmation (excluding pre-orders) and delivered Monday - Friday between 9 am to 5 pm and Saturday before 12 pm.As every order is unique, shipping costs willdiffer depending on the size, weight and destination of your parcel.

Self Pick-Up

You may collect your order from our store within2-4 working days after purchasing. Please note, this service is only available Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). An email will be sent to you once your order is at the store and ready to be collected. Our staff may also contact you through Whatsapp to arrange your self pick-up time and date conveniently. Your order will be kept at the store for 7 days from the date of purchase. If it is not picked up after 7 days, your order will be returned back to our warehouse.
