The film follows a waitress who suffers an injury to her head due to an accident. This leads to the waitress experiencing mood swings, and so she sets on a journey to protest for everybody’s rights. The waitress ends up falling in love with a powerful politician, and hence the movie justifies its title.

The film also starred Kirstie Alley in a supporting role and was the final movie ever done by the megastar. Other members of the supporting cast include Tracy Morgan, James Brolin, Paul Roberts, David Ramsey, and a few more.
